The vision we have for Swishy Cleaning Solutions is to deliver exceptional customer service by listening to our customers needs and finding solutions that go beyond just cleaning. We are a cleaning service and that's what we do, but often times we are helping those that cannot do it for themselves. We take all of this into consideration when you hire us. 

We plan on growing our team with people who share our vision and love of giving 110% for the customer. Our employees will be thoroughly vetted and trained so we can offer them great pay with hopefully benefits. We will create a work environment that rewards good work and appreciates good effort. We will feel privileged to have our employees and grow them with our company. Investing so heavily into our employees is important if we really want to take care of our customers.
